• During each session, juniors will be taught the basic golf swing and will become familiar with the different golf clubs.
• Chipping and putting will be emphasized.
• Juniors will be introduced to the Par-3 course during the last two sessions.
• The final session features a 2-hole tournament on the Par-3 course. Awards will be given to low scores and the most courageous students. Mementos will be presented to all students.
• Class size is from 5 to 8 students.
• Students receive a junior golf cap.
• Four dates per session, plus a rain date if necessary.
• Students may receive instruction only in their chosen group on its dates and times.
• Universal make-up class for absent students will be available.
Age 7-10 Fee: $120.00, payable on sign up. Sign-up deadline is 1 week before the first class.
Make-up Day for the first 10 classes is Wednesday, July 6 at 12:30 PM**
Make-up Day for the last 9 classes is Saturday, August 6 at 10:15 AM**
*Rain Dates are used only if a day is rained out. Rain Dates are at the usual time, unless noted.
**A make-up day can be used if you miss a day.
Refunds:• 100% up to 7 days before the first class
• 50% after 7 days and up to 48 hours before the start of the first class.
• No refunds within 48 hours of the start of the first class.
Changing Classes:
There is a 50% charge to change from a class where the sign-up deadline has passed.
Each student is required to have their own properly sized golf clubs.A putter, 9 iron, 5 iron and either a 3, 4 or 5 wood are appropriate, with a golf bag, balls and tees. The golf shop staff can help fit and cut-down your used adult clubs into junior clubs for $6.00 per club.
