Building Face-Lift Print E-mail

To cap-off our 75th Anniversary celebration in 2009, we are giving our building a Face-Lift.  There are new, decorative stone supports with wood pillars around the building, as well as new decorative concrete to walk on.  Here is a picture-by-picture look at our progress from beginning on September 29 to finish on November 28.

Work began on September 29th.  The old wood pillars and supports were taken out, and temporary roof supports were installed.  Then, on October 3rd, the old concrete slabs were removed.

Work on the stone pillar supports and stone bench continued just outside the Pro Shop entrance through October.  The caps on each stone pillar support were installed in early November.  Check out the different colors and textures in the concrete slab.

Now that the project is complete, we want to remind you that the range is open year-round so you can keep your game sharp for next spring.  New partitions along the sides of the building block the wind so you can practice in comfort.  And we have six mats under heaters for additional comfort (heat costs just a dollar).  Our Winter hours are 9AM until 5PM every day of the week.
